An Israir plane narrowly avoided a collision with an Alitalia plane at Ben-Gurion International Airport on Sunday, it was revealed on Monday. The Israir jet was about to land at the airport, but the control tower diverted it at the last minute because the Alitalia plane was about to take off from the runway.
