The Home Front Command prepared hundreds of thousands of explanation booklets planned to be sent to houses of Israel's civilians to prepare them for rocket attacks, Channel 2 reported on Tuesday evening. Defense officials reversed the decision so as not to create hysteria among the population. It was unclear when the booklets were scheduled to be delivered.
