A group of 15 disabled protestors gathered outside of Haifa's government complex early Wednesday afternoon in protest of the lack of parking spaces reserved for disabled drivers at the site. Police said that they were working to prevent traffic congestion near the area of the protest, which was situated on one of Haifa's main roads.
