Erekat: Allow Barghouti TV interview from jail

Chief Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat called on Israel Thursday afternoon to allow Jailed Fatah leader Marwan Barghouti to exercise his right to campaign for the Palestinian general elections scheduled for next week. Erekat said that Barghouti should be allowed to give television interviews from his cell in Israel. Barghouti was sentenced to five life terms for his role in terror attacks on Israelis.
