The Knesset Ethics Committee decided on Tuesday to give MK Moshe Sharoni (Gil Pensioners) a warning over statements he made about the female parliamentary aides in the Knesset. Sharoni joked that the aides were "like birds - either they fly the coop, or they put out." The committee ruled that Sharoni had committed an ethical violation that was unfitting for his position and his obligations to the Knesset, and that he had damaged the Knesset's honor.
