Four Beit Shemesh children were arrested for breaking into five city schools and stealing thousands of shekels in cash, police said on Tuesday. The children, range in age from 11 to 13, do not have past criminal records. During a search of their homes, police found CDs, electronics and clothes which the suspects allegedly bought with the stolen money. The four, who confessed to the break-ins and robberies, have been transferred to social welfare services due to their young age.
