Front-line communities in northern Israel will shut off emergency lighting near the border on Wednesday evening in protest over what they call the government's failure to keep promises to fortify the communities. In addition, local security patrols will be cancelled. On Sunday, community leaders will demonstrate in front of the Prime Minister's Office in Jerusalem. The Prime Minister's Offices denied the communities' allegations.
