Gasoline prices will likely be reduced by nine percent starting November 1. A liter of 95 octane will cost NIS 5.60 rather than 6.25. The drop in price is the result of a steep plunge in international oil prices in the month after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, Army Radio reported.
