The IDF appealed on Saturday to residents of the Gaza Strip to help prevent rocket fire attacks on Israel. A flier distributed in Gaza featured a cellular phone number which Gaza residents can call to report Kassam rocket and/or mortar fire. The flier also warned Gaza residents to stay away from launching grounds, in order not to be caught in the IDF response, Army Radio reported.
