Gov't petitions High Court on war inquiry

In a petition to the High Court of Justice on Wednesday, the government argued that there was no reason for the court to order the establishment of a governmental committee of inquiry into the second Lebanon war, even if the appointment process of the Winograd Committee was flawed.
