Gunman hijacks car in Hod Hasharon, demands ransom

A man armed with a gun hijacked a car in Hod Hasharon on Wednesday morning and forced the driver to head toward Jaljulya, Army Radio reported. The gunman then told the driver to get out of car and leave the area. Later, the thief contacted the driver and demanded NIS 7,000 for its return.
