IDF Chief of Staff Dan Halutz said Tuesday that Iran was approaching the "point of no return" in its nuclear development, and that by March would have the technological capability to manufacture nuclear weapons. However, Halutz said, the threat was not immediate, because it would take Iran one to two years to construct nuclear weapons. Halutz spoke in the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee.
