Despite rumors of various incidents on the Syrian front, Israel has noted that Syria has exhibited restraint in its exhortations, Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee Chairman Tzahi Hanegbi said on Wednesday. In an interview with Army Radio, Hanegbi also addressed the issue of Kassam rockets in the South, saying that a ground incursion into the Gaza Strip was unavoidable. In the meantime, Hanegbi said, there was no need to pamper them with fuel and electricity.
