Haredi extremists burned garbage bins and threw stones on Monday night in the Jerusalem neighborhoods of Mea Shearim and Ramot, respectively. The riots were in protest of the upcoming Gay Pride Parade scheduled to be held in the capital on Thursday. Meanwhile, other protesters burned boxes in Ramat Beit Shemesh. Police arrived to disperse both protests. No one was hurt in the incidents.
