High Court approves continuation of security fence

The High Court of Justice approved on Thursday the construction of a sector of the security fence around the settlements of Emanuel, Ma'aleh Shomron and Karnei Shomron. The length of the fence in the area is to be six kilometers, and it is set to be built on over 100 acres of private Palestinian land that has been expropriated for the project. According the court ruling, the decision took into consideration the affect the fence would have on the Palestinians.
