The High Court of Justice on Sunday night rejected the petition by the Almagor Terror Victims Association to prevent Monday's planned release of 93 Palestinian prisoners. In the petition, Almagor claimed that more than 60 of the prisoners set to be freed had not served two thirds of their sentences, despite the severity of their offenses.
