Histadrut rejects Hirchson's pleas to stop strike

Histadrut head Ofer Eini on Tuesday afternoon rejected Finance Minister Avraham Hirchson's pleas to cancel the general strike the organization threatened to hold if municipal workers' salaries continued to go unpaid. The Histadrut was expected to publish a list in the near future detailing which parties and services would be stopped in Wednesday's strike.
