Israeli aircraft fired two missiles at a militant training base in the southern Gaza Strip late Wednesday, Palestinian security and witnesses said. There was no immediate word of casualties. Palestinian security officials said the base, in the evacuated Jewish settlement of Neve Dekalim, is run by the Abu Rish Brigades, loosely affiliated with Fatah, led by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. The IDF had no immediate comment.
