IDF and Border Police forces confronted a crowd of Palestinian and Israeli rioters near the village of Abud northwest of Ramallah Friday. The demonstrators attempted to stop the erection of the security fence by disrupting the work of the bulldozers at the scene. Israel Radio reported that some of the protesters hurled rocks at the security forces. Such confrontations were commonplace in previous weeks near the village of Bil'in west of Ramallah.
