An Indian court decided on Wednesday to return the passport of Noa Haviv, the Israeli tourist who was arrested in September at the Mumbai Airport after customs officials discovered an ammunition clip in her backpack, and allow her to leave for Israel, Army Radio reported. Haviv spent six days in jail, and her passport was confiscated until the end of legal proceedings against her. The ammunition clip belonged to Haviv's brother, who had used the backpack while on reserve duty.
