Intel. official urges securing Egyptian border

A senior intelligence official said that Israel would have to invest "billions of shekels" to build a barrier and secure the border with Egypt, Israel Radio reported. The official added that the situation at the border would only worsen, and more attempts to smuggle drugs and weaponry could be expected.
