Israeli lightly wounded in carjacking near Tul Karem

An Israeli driver was lightly injured after being carjacked near the Einav checkpoint, in the Tul Karem area in the West Bank on Tuesday. The vehicle he was driving came under a shower of rocks forcing the man to stop after suffering injuries. He was removed from his vehicle by a number of suspects who then proceeded to enter the car and drive away, breaking through the checkpoint and escaping in the direction of Tul Karem. The driver walked towards the Einav checkpoint, from where he was taken to hospital in light condition.
