Jerusalem man attacks city welfare office

A 45-year-old Jerusalem man carrying a metal rod broke into a city Welfare office late Wednesday and broke tables and shattered windows and then threatened the office manager before fleeing, police said. The suspect, who has a previous police record, was arrested by police on a nearby street in the city's Katamonim neighborhood shortly thereafter.
