J'lem: 5 Palestinians held for Fatah rally plans

Jerusalem police on Monday detained five Palestinians suspected of organizing a Fatah gathering in the city, police said. The five suspects were detained in the east Jerusalem neighborhood of A-Tor, where the anniversary event was to be held. According to the moribund Oslo Accords, Palestinian political activity is forbidden in the city.
