MK Uriel Reichman (Kadima) handed in his resignation Wednesday morning to the Interim Speaker of the Knesset David Tal. Reichman apparently resigned because he did not receive the Education Ministry portfolio, which he said was promised to him by former prime minister Ariel Sharon. He is expected to return to his former job as head of the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.
