Kadima sends thousands of texts to promote voting

Kadima sent out hundreds of thousands of text messages to voters' cell phones on Tuesday to encourage them to vote. The move came in light of the low turnout - by 2 p.m., only about 31% of eligible voters had cast their ballots.
