Police Inspector-General Moshe Karadi said Monday that "the relative calm since the incident in Beit Hanun is an imagined calm" and that "the terror organizations are busy planning terror attacks against Israel all the time." Karadi, speaking at a meeting of senior command staff, also ordered district commanders to maintain a high level of police deployment.
