Karadi places police on heightened state of alert

Police Commander Moshe Karadi ordered placed various police districts on a heightened state of alert Sunday following an attack along the Gaza security fence that left two soldiers dead, four wounded, and one kidnapped by Palestinian terrorists. Karadi said that police would reinforce existing patrols and roadblocks, especially in and around Jerusalem. Police will also beef up its presence in densely populated areas.
