Katsav: Israel must accomodate elderly population

In an event honoring Israel's centenarians on Thursday, President Moshe Katsav said that the state must make proper accommodations for the growing elderly citizen population. Channel 1 reported that there were currently 1015 people in Israel over the age of 100; two thirds of the centenarians were women.
