Labor central committee meeting has begun

The Labor central committee meeting, during which party members will choose a date for their next elections, began Thursday evening in Tel Aviv. Members will decide between Labor Secretary-General Eitan Cabel's proposal to hold the race on June 5 and Agriculture Minister Shalom Simhon's call for a March 13 race.
