Large blast occurs near gov't offices in Algiers

A large explosion occurred near the prime minister's office in the capital of Algeria on Wednesday, and at least one man with head injuries was seen being led away. The blast appeared to have been centered near a government building that houses the offices of both the prime minister and interior minister. Police cordoned off stairs leading up to the building, and ambulances arrived quickly at the scene.
