Livni: There is no such thing as a partial truce

Amid the continuing rocket fire from Gaza, Foreign Minister and Kadima leader Tzipi Livni said Monday that there was no such thing as a partial truce. "There either is one, or isn't one," Livni said at a Kadima faction meeting. "Hamas bears full responsibly [for the attacks] and will also be the target of Israel's response."
