MK Vilan hopes Tartman won't 'chase away tourists'

Meretz MK Avshalom Vilan said Sunday that the appointment of Israel Beiteinu MK Estherina Tartman as tourism minister was "a sad day for Israeli politics," and added that he hoped she wouldn't "chase away potential tourists." Arab MK Ahmed Tibi (UAL), meanwhile, said of Tartman's appointment that "the government has become a refuge for racists."
