A nanny and two assistants from Modi'in were detained for questioning on Wednesday after a one-year-old baby under their care was found on the edge of the sidewalk near a street outside the daycare center. The baby evidently crawled through a torn fence surrounding the daycare center, and reached the street. Israel Radio reported that the three women were held under house arrest.
