Netanya teen charged for stabbing friend over NIS 100 debt

A 19-year-old boy from Netanya was indicted on Monday for stabbing his friend over a NIS 100 debt incurred during a card game. According to the charge sheet, the two met to discuss the debt three weeks after the game, and it was then that the accused stabbed his friend, seriously wounding him.
