Left-wing activists from the group Peace Now were expected to hold a demonstration Tuesday morning in Hebron, protesting the occupation of a Palestinian house by local settlers and marking 40 years since the Six Day War. The High Court of Justice authorized the protest on Monday. Right-wing activists and Hebron residents said they would hold a counter-protest, adding that they had no intention of causing violent disturbances.
