The police began an operation Sunday targeting people who drive despite not having valid driver's licenses. One third of the 62 drivers caught were not informed that their licenses were revoked. Israel Radio reported that those who continued driving in spite of being informed would be prosecuted. The increased enforcement was planned to continue throughout the week.
