The police's National Fraud Squad wrapped up its investigation into Tel Aviv "parking lot king" Reuven Gross on Wednesday and recommended he be indicted on money laundering and bribery charges. Gross came under investigation in June 2004 regarding allegations he bribed municipal officials in exchange for winning parking lot tenders in the Tel Aviv area.
