Police placed restrictions on Friday morning on those entering the Temple Mount, allowing only those over 45 years of age and in possession of Israeli identity cards to attend Muslim prayer services. According to Israel Radio, the move came due to intelligence obtained by the Jerusalem Police indicating that a group of young Muslim men were intending to cause violence after Friday's noontime prayers.
