Kidnapped IDF soldiers Eldad Regev's brother Eyal said on Friday that "my brother went to reserve duty out of a willingness to serve. We're asking the prime minister, the defense minister and the chief of staff to tell us that there are negotiations for his release." Speaking to Regev's captors, father Tzvi Regev asked them "to please return him to his family."
