UN envoys in the Gaza Strip connected IDF artillery fire to the June 9th explosion of an artillery shell on a Gaza beach in which seven people were killed, according to an article in the British newspaper The London Times. The IDF denied the claims made in the article, and restated that the navy did not fire artillery shells during the time of the incident.
