SPNI launching campaign to protect wildflowers

The Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel has decided to launch a public education campaign against picking wildflowers. The move is a response to the increasing number of reported incidences of hikers uprooting protected blooms, such as poppies and cyclamen, during visits to the country's parks, Army Radio reported.
