Safed: Argument ends in shooting, one wounded

An argument among neighbors in Safed ended in shots being fired and one person wounded on Saturday afternoon. The shooter, a Safed resident in his fifties, was arrested and his weapon was seized by police. The victim was evacuated to hospital in good to moderate condition.
