Security forces on high alert ahead of general elections

Security forces went on high alert Monday night ahead of the next day's general elections. The Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) said that seven terror alerts had been noted throughout the country and Defense Minister Ehud Barak decided to impose a 24-hour closure on the territories until Tuesday night.
