Security still high along northern border

Security forces maintained on Monday an increased presence along Israel's northern border following concern that the Hizbullah planned to kidnap IDF soldiers or civilians in order to pressure Israel to exchange prisoners. The region's farmers and residents have been warned to keep their distance from the border, Army Radio reported.
