A seeing eye dog bit a thief who broke into his master's Jerusalem home and stole her purse, police said Thursday. The 45-year-old suspect, who was subsequently arrested by police, told police that the woman owed him money, although she said she didn't owe him a shekel, Jerusalem police spokesman Shmuel Ben-Ruby said.
