Senior lecturers will strike all non-gov't-funded programs starting Sunday

The Senior Lecturer's Union (SLU) will, starting Sunday, strike all non-state-funded programs, the SLU announced late Thursday. "Our frustration with the Education Ministry has grown sevenfold after it sold higher education for a bowl of pottage," head of the SLU Prof. Zvi Hacohen said in an allusion to last week's Torah portion.
