Two residents of the Psagot settlement were detained after they were caught with IDF uniforms, night-vision apparatus, spikes, and wire cutters in the back of their car. Judea and Samaria police took the two to questioning. The security forces in the West Bank have been on high alert for settlers attempting to disrupt the planned evacuation of the illegal outpost in Amona, scheduled for Wednesday.
