Due to a lack of NIS three million funding, some 100 homeless people will be forced back out on the street, Army Radio reported. Most of the residents of the Sharon area Tze'adim (steps) shelter are either addicted to drugs or alcohol or infected with contagious diseases, including the HIV virus.
