The state's attorney has agreed to allow Yisrael Valis, arrested on suspicion of killing his three-month-old son, out on house arrest, on the condition that Valis be outfitted with electronic tethers that would monitor his movements. Valis's attorney demanded that his client be released to house arrest without any conditions. The legal representatives continued to discuss the issue, Israel Radio reported.
